Call PG&E (1-800-743-5000) to determine if an outage has been reported in your area - this will usually provide you with an
estimate of when the problem will be fixed. If the outage continues to be unexplained, check your circuit breakers
(flip all switches to OFF, then back ON). If all else fails, call CBCR. Note that partial outages do not constitute an emergency,
so you will need to wait until business hours.
