Maintenance & Emergencies

If you have a routine maintenance concern, please call our office to request a service appointment.

In some cases, you may need to seek quick or immediate help. In cases of severe emergency such as fire, call 911 immediately, then notify us as soon as possible. For other situations, please use the following table to determine the severity of your issue and decide who to contact.

Call CBCR during business hours to request maintenance. After hours or on weekends, if the drain is essential and the repair cannot wait (i.e. it is the only toilet in the house), please call the emergency line.

Call PG&E (1-800-743-5000) to determine if an outage has been reported in your area – this will usually provide you with an estimate of when the problem will be fixed. If the outage continues to be unexplained, check your circuit breakers (flip all switches to OFF, then back ON). If all else fails, contact CBCR. Note that partial outages do not constitute an emergency, so you will need to wait until business hours.
Water pipe burst
YES
During business hours, call CBCR immediately. After-hours or weekends, call the emergency line.
